Starting prices assume one cleaner for approximately two hours per visit. Final pricing depends on the cleaning area, number of restrooms, condition, and agreed tasks. Monthly pricing uses 52 weeks divided by 12 months. Larger spaces or additional requirements receive a custom quote. Initial deep cleaning, if needed, is quoted separately.
